When registering or buying on our website, your personal data will be kept exclusively for the confirmation and delivery of your purchase. As well as, news, promotions or similar. We will not keep credit card information. All purchases are processed directly on the bank's servers. We contract intermediary companies to assist us in offering services and processing your transactions. These companies maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and have restricted access to that information. Agua de Pipa is not responsible for the additional information that you provide to these individuals and companies.
The content of the website can be rectified or removed at any time at the discretion of the company. Individual access and information are responsibility of the user. The user understands that when using the website, there will be no claim in relation to the condition, precision and integrity of the content. 
It is forbidden to copy, alter or duplicate the information, images and graphic content or the like, shown on this website. All content displayed on this website is the property of AGUA DE PIPA, duly registered company and protected by law. It may not be used without the written authorization of the company.
There may be differences in the prices or quantities of the products that appear on the website at the time of your order. Given this eventuality, Agua de Pipa will not charge your card and the purchase will be canceled. 
Once the order is placed, the customer will be contacted to coordinate the delivery of the purchase. In case of not being able to contact the customer, the purchase will be canceled and the funds returned. Deliveries are made only within Panama City. 
Delivery prices appear in an attached rate according to the delivery area and package dimensions. For orders within the Republic of Panama, the customer must directly pay the shipment to the transport company. All purchases must be duly canceled prior to shipment. Once the payment has been made, the customer will be contacted by a representative of Agua de Pipa to coordinate the delivery. Delivery time varies from 24 to 72 hours for business days.
The customer will indicate where he/she wants the order delivered plus the name and ID number of the person authorized to receive it. Agua de Pipa reserves the right to deliver orders in places it considers high risk. Delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. at 6:00 p.m. The customer must indicate, if the place of delivery maintains any restrictions that may prevent or affect delivery. The person responsible for receiving the merchandise needs to verify the order and must not accept any item that is not in perfect condition. Agua de Pipa is not responsible for claims after delivery and acceptance of merchandise.
The following exchange and return policies apply only to purchases made through our online store Changes or returns of purchases made in physical stores, need to be made in the same store where the purchase was originally made.
Agua de Pipa allows the return of any purchase within a period of 72 hours after the purchase, except for swimwear and sale items. In order to accept the return, the products must be in perfect condition without indications of having been used, with their original packaging, labels and proof of purchase. Agua de Pipa reserves the right to refuse to make an exchange or return in case the product(s) has been used or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for shipping the products to be returned. 
Returns will be in the form of a store credit, valid for 1 year from the date the return is confirmed. The return will be made for the same amount as the cost of the product (s) to be returned, excluding shipping costs.
In the case of exchanges, the cost of shipping of the new product(s) will be paid for by the customer. When the change request is accepted by Agua de Pipa, the customer will be notified via email or phone call, to coordinate the payment and thus be able to generate the new shipping.
Changes may be made only for the same product (this includes a different size or color) or a different product of the same price as the original product. From requiring a lower price product, the difference will be refunded in a store credit, valid for one year. In case of requiring a higher price product, Agua de Pipa will contact the customer for the payment of the missing difference.
